My Father's Table was brought to life in Historic Wollombi, the southern gateway to the Hunter Valley. Less than two hours north of Sydney, it is a charming region that hosts an abundance of wineries, accomodation and cultural activities.
My Father's Table offers a range of relaxed, informal "paddock to plate" and "meet the farmer" workshops, as well as Lebanese and Middle Eastern cooking classes (in both the Hunter Valley and Newcastle), authentic recipes, knowledge and know-how from our cultural backgrounds. Passionate about knowing where our food comes from, My Father's Table has a strong commitment to sourcing fresh, seasonal, local produce. When we can, we like to partner with local producers to bring the best, freshest and healthiest food to our table.
