This fun and informal workshop will take you through all you need to know about making your own fresh Chorizo at home. Prime cuts of pork are blended with a balance of simple herbs and spices to create complex aromatic flavours. Made without preservatives, filler or artificial flavours the natural goodness and taste of the ingredients shines through. You will go home with your own handmade chorizo to impress your family and friends, and the skills to make your own at home! Please note: free range pork will be used. Knowledge required - None! this class is perfect for beginners. What you'll get: • Two to three hour hands-on chorizo making class, working in groups of two (classes have a maximum of 6 participants). • Your own sausages to take home.
