Join us at one of our Saturday afternoon Lebanese Feast Demonstration Classes - you can get involved or sit back, relax and let me prepare and serve you authentic, delicious Lebanese treats to enjoy. Learn how to make authentic Lebanese food including toum, hommus, babaganoush, hashwe, kafta kebabs, shish kebabs and Tabouleh! We finish off the feast with some home made sweet treats and freshly brewed Lebanese coffee. My classes are small, fun and friendly 🙂. Secure your place with only $40 deposit on booking. Classes are held in a brand-new purpose-built classroom located in Hamilton North. Entry is via the entry door you will find on the left side of Rita's "cottage with an orange door". Cancellation Policy

Please contact us if you wish to cancel your booking. As advised at time of booking: * Cancellations with over 7 days notice, you have 30 days to use your non-refundable booking fee to reschedule to another cooking class date. * Cancellations with less than 7 days notice, your non-refundable booking fee is forfeit.
