Porky Salami and Sausages - Oh My!

Ahead of the sausage and salami courses we have coming up, Natalie from Moore Wollombi Garlic and I have been hard at work stocking up our own household larders with yummy porky treats.

 

Of course we have taken lots of pics of our hard work and wonderful rewards. We are so very excited about the upcoming Salami and Sausage winter workshops, and we can’t wait to share our knowledge with you!
