Stallholder General Terms & Conditions

Stallholder fees are to be paid at time of booking.
Refunds are not given after 1/2/17.
Site allocation details will be sent via email to stallholders by Wednesday prior to the event.
All photographs, video and other imagery taken by Newcastle Tomato Festival (NTF) photographers are property of NTF and can be used in any NTF promotional or advertising ventures (online, print, social media etc).
Any photographs and materials sent to us by stallholders can be used in any NTF promotional material.
All rubbish from your stall will be removed and disposed of accordingly.
No smoking or alcohol (unless approved by NTF) is permitted within stalls.
Any damage caused by the stallholder or their items will be paid for by the stallholder.
Illegal or counterfeit items will not be sold.
Each stallholder acknowledges they cannot claim exclusivity on a product or service. Although NTF is committed to goods and services on site being unique.
OHS is the personal responsibility of each stallholder.
Stallholders must be set up and ready to trade between at 10am-4pm Sunday 26/2/2017
Access to the Carriageworks is via Wharf Rd. No vehicles are to be left on premises unless they strictly pertain to the stallholders business (St Johns Ambulance, coffee van etc). Parking will be available to stallholders in the surrounding areas. Permitted parking areas will be advised with Bump In information.
The Newcastle Tomato Festival will be run rain, hail or shine unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the organisers or emergency services.
Insurances must be provided to NTF at time of booking.
All registrations and licences required by law must be current and available for display. Electrical appliances must have current testing tags and be attached as required by law. By becoming a stallholder you will abide by all laws and regulations at all times.
Newcastle Tomato Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons at their sole discretion.
In the case of emergency stallholders are to comply with Newcastle Tomato Festival staff directives and proceed to the designated assembly area at the Frog Pond.
